Workspace Weaver builds reusable Google Drive project templates called weaves. A weave is a complete blueprint: folder hierarchy, Doc, Sheet, and Slide templates, and variables.

About Workspace Weaver

What is a weave?

A weave is a reusable Google Drive project blueprint: the folder hierarchy, the Doc, Sheet, and Slide templates you already use, and the variables that change per client — names, dates, project codes. Launch creates the complete project in seconds instead of assembling it by hand.

Smart Mode, an AI assistant that can help build weaves, manage variables, and launch projects, is coming soon. It is not required today. You can build a weave by hand in a few minutes.

Why we built this

Agencies, freelancers, and teams waste hours rebuilding the same Drive folder structure every time a client signs. Copy last month's project. Rename it. Fix the client name in seven files. Update dates. Someone always asks which template is current.

Workspace Weaver eliminates that copy-paste hour. Build the weave once. Anyone on the team launches the same complete project without asking how.

Who it is for

Agencies, consultants, and freelance studios that start every engagement in Google Drive. Teams of 1 to 50 where the right folder still lives in one person's head.

Developer
